Marvin Rejoices
In which Marvin thanks God for the blessings of an expanded role at Sword of Truth Ministries, even if it is at Rachel's expense.Marvin starts Straightway Ministries in earnest by putting out a box where church members can ask their burning questions about homosexuality. He already has two questions to answer! Oh and prospective clients are coming forward, well at least young clients suggested by concerned parents.

I have a few questions for the "Question Box," Marvin. How will you protect yourself from sexual temptation in your new roles at the church? Are there guidelines in place that will prevent you, another church staff member or someone receiving services through "Straight Way" from acting out on a mutal same-gendered sexual attraction? Relatedly, are there policies in place that will help to protect you from being falsely accused of such misconduct?

Rule of Thumb: If the husband can dress the from head to toe, do her hair, pick the most KILLER shoes to go with her outfit, then go absolutely gah gah over how TERRIFIC and even SEXY she looks....

still isn't that interested in having sex with her....

kj and pam, I do hope Marvin reads these comments. I have no idea what he will do in regards to the Internet, so who knows if he is seeing these comments.
As of yet, I have not heard directly from him except for a few missed calls. I imagine he will contact me in his good time. I fear he may be over his head right now, but what do I know?

I know this really doesn´t belong in this discussion but I wanted to share it. I just watched an episode of Americas Next Top Model and one of the girls said "focus" exactly like Vlad does. And she said it over and over again and I just laughed so hard I started crying.
My dear Marvin. Can you tell me what is right for you in this situation? To be a friend to Rachel when she is rejected by so many people or is it to protect your self from sexual inpurment and distance your self from her?
This is a time when she is forced to learn who's harts is truly changed by God and who has a more, uhhm, preserved and unchanged hart.
When Jesus met the woman who was caught in adultery, what do you think he did after he told her to leave her sin? Took her day time work and felt blessed?
